It wasn't until I learned of the field of exercise physiology, that I knew I had a passion... sharing my passion of exercise and encouraging others to increase their own physical fitness. Becoming an Exercise Physiologist/Specialist, allows me to provide scientifically sound tools and advice when sharing my passion with others.
An Excercise Specialist is working with others and helping them realize their potential in exercise and athletics. I want them to know they can increase their athletic potential and realize their dreams, improve their health and add quality years to their life.
I love what I do, I enjoy working with people, and I have a strong desire to help others achieve their exercise goals. This helps me have a good attitude and look forward to going to work each day.
